Madalina has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University. After graduation, she spent some time in the startup world involved in product design and R&D and then joined Prof Mark Saltzman Lab at Yale where she was a Research Assistant for more than two years. Madalina has experience in material design and drug synthesis as well as drug delivery and is interested in improving formulations and targeting of nano drug therapeutics. She joined our lab in August 2024 as a Research Scholar and formulation specialist funded by a Pilot Project from the CVRC at NYULH.
