Winnie studied Biomedical Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and continued her training with an MRes program at Imperial College London (UK) working in the lab of Prof. Molly Stevens. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (CUHK) and in industry. She joined NYU and the de Lazaro Lab in September 2023 to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. She is spearheading the lab's efforts in designing nanomedicines for tissue regeneration.
